Abstract
Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine changes in the maximum and mean seat pr

Method : Three spinal cord inured patients with complete injury levels were included in this study. This experiments includes three sessions and each session lasted 30 minutes. X-SENSOR 4.2 system was used to measure and analyze the changes in mean pressure, maximum pressure and the contact area of the buttock affected.

Results : The result shows that over time the mean and maximum seat pressure, and the contact area of buttock constantly increase during the resistance training.

Conclusion : Therefore, during resistance training, to prevent pressure sore, the pressure relief method should be implemented every recess or the pressure relief method should minimally be done when the pressure reaches to the maximum after 20 minutes. essure on the contact area of buttock during the time spinal cord injury patients in wheel-chairs get progressive resistance training with weight machines.
